FAQ's
We run a cafe service for hot and cold drinks, and a small selection of cakes and crisps. Our delicious coffee is from Butterworth & Sons coffee roasters. No food or drinks from outside please (We occasionally make exceptions for special occasions, but please drop us an email to check this first)
You can bring your own booze on BYOB evenings only, unless this has been prearranged with us directly
Yes, the whole studio is all one level and we are happy to accommodate if we can
Refunds will only be issued up to 7 days before your session starts. After this period, if you cannot make the booking your payment will be retained as we may be unable to fill your space. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the session, after this point we cannot guarantee to move the booking, this will be at the our discretion.
As a small independent business it hits us when customers don’t show up or cancel. Please take this into consideration and respect our cancellation policy :)
We have 3 kilns running in our tech room so work is fired weekly, during busy periods this can take a few weeks to go through so we advise you plan in advance if you have a specific deadline.
Unfortunately not. We only fire ceramics that have been made/painted in the studio
